  7. The GraphOn 21 features a 1280 x 1024 resolution page-white 21-inch display
  8. with a 70 Hz noninterlaced refresh rate for flicker-free viewing. three serial
  9. ports communicate with a local host, a 3-button mouse (included), and a
  10. printer. Connections are also provided for both thick and thin Ethernet. The
  11. non-glare tilt and swivel display and enhanced VT100/220 keyboard provide a
  12. comfortable and familiar user interface. A built-in VT100/220 mode facilitates
  13. session startup

  15. The GraphOn 21 is based on the unique GraphOn architecture in which the X11
  16. server resides on a local host machine, such as a SPARCstation. This design
  17. applies the terminal's processing power to display-related tasks, yielding good
  18. interactive response and reducing memory costs. AS efficient communication
  19. protocol enables the GraphOn 21 to use a simple and inexpensive RS-232 serial
  20. line for the link to the workstation. Using RS-232 it can be connected to the
  21. the workstation directly, through a terminal server, or via a modem. For users
  22. preferring to use a LAN connection directly, the throughput of the GraphOn 21
  23. is even higher. Despite its huge high-resolution viewing area, the GraphOn 21
  24. is so compact that it fits in nearly the same desktop space as a standard text
  25. terminal.
